+ NEW VACANCY + SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER Leading Dairy Company TAX FREE Egypt Our client is an International Dairy company with strong experience and innovation in the Dairy Business. They have an excellent reputation in this industry and are world renowned with an exciting and dynamic growth plan for 2011. We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to be based in Cairo, Egypt. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manages, coaches, supervises & develops performance of sales team members towards the achievement of maximum profitability in line with company mission, vision and objectives. • Develop, implement and follow up marketing plans including: o Pricing policies o Allocation of potential sales targets o Promotional activities o Project negotiations. Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing - Saudi, Gulf, Egypt, Libya & Sudan ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Should be qualified in sales and marketing, preferably holding a degree in agriculture, and/or with a dairy farming background • 2-3 years progressive sales experience within a distribution environment • Good technical understanding • Competent in English • Ability to adapt to new cultures KEY SKILLS • Dynamic, self motivated, creative • Posses high level interpersonal skills • Ability to handle a number of projects at any time • Good communications skills • Strong writing & reporting skills BENEFITS • Salary will depend on experience levels • This should be used as a guide only • Total package up to 30K EGP per month ($66K USD per annum) + Bonus • Total package including excellent benefits: Medical and Life Insurance, Laptop, Mobile and relocation shipment as per group expatriate policy
